Steps to make Shrimp Curry:

  1. First clean and wash shrimp properly. Then add salt (1.5 tsp) and turmeric powder (1.5 tsp). Mix it well..

  3. Take a blending jar, then add onion, ginger, garlic, tomatoes, cumin seeds and dry Red Chillies. Blend it and take aside..

  5. Heat cooking oil(4 tbsp) in a kadai. Add marinated shrimp. Fry till golden brown in medium flame. Then take aside..
  6. Add chopped potatoes and salt (1/2 tsp) to the same oil. Fry till golden brown and then take aside..
  7. Add ambra and salt (1/4 tsp) to the same oil. Fry for 2 to 3 minutes in medium flame and then take aside..
  8. Heat cooking oil (3 tbsp) in the same kadai. Add masala paste, salt (1 tsp), turmeric powder (1 tsp), coriander powder and Kashmiri red chilli powder. Cook till raw smell goes away..

  10. Add fried potatoes and fried shrimps. Mix it well. Cook for 3 to 5 minutes..
  11. After 3-5 minutes add lukewarm water. Cover and cook for 5 minutes..
  12. Add Ambra and garam masala powder after 5 minutes. Mix it well and cook for 3 minutes. After 3 minutes switch off the flame and ready to serve..
